The draw of MWSC MNUSU Futsal Fiesta 2019 was taken on Sunday, 08th September 2019. The ceremony was held in MNU central building, A block. The managers and captains of the teams and members from executive committees of student associations participated in the ceremony in addition to MNUSU executive committee members and the tournament organizing team members.
The draw was taken in such a way that MNU teams were equally divided among the teams of other colleges. The Men’s division of the tournament consist of 15 teams where the teams are divided into 4 groups. Groups A to C contains 4 teams whereas group D contain 3 teams. The groups of the Men’s division are:

In addition, the tournament consist of a disciplinary committee of 5 members where 3 members are from MNU and 2 members are from the other colleges that participated in the tournament.
MNUSU Futsal Fiesta is the biggest sports event of Maldivian higher eduction sector. This tournament is organized by Maldives National University Students’ Union (MNUSU). This is the 7th edition of MNUSU futsal fiesta. The first ever edition was held in 2013 and from then on, the tournament was held, without a break, each year. Last year’s edition introduced women’s division into the tournament, where Clique College claimed the first ever women’s trophy of the tournament. MAPS College took the men’s division trophy after defeating Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies who ended up as runners up for the second running year.
Male’ Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) is the main and title sponsor of MWSC MNUSU Futsal Fiesta 2019. Printing partner of the tournament is M7. The tournament is further supported by Ministry of Youth Sports and Community Empowerment, Dhiraagu and Visit Laamu while PSM Sports is the official media partner of the tournament.
